His Place
God is the sun
As Goddess is moon
He is strong
And he lends his strength to her
He lends his light
So she may shine
She is shining so brightly
He is giving his all
He understands her dreams
He has dreams of his own
He reminds her of action
When she loses her own
He reminds her of courage
When she is afraid
He supports her dreams
He waters her garden
He is divine and he knows it
She is divine and he knows it
He does not control the bloom of the rose
But holds her gently to his nose
He breathes in and admires her scent
Then he lets her go
Free to bloom
Free to appreciate
Free and supported to stand on her own.
