My Energy Structure

I have tried structuring my energy in many different ways, but I feel that I will settle on this one as a functional adult. My breath moves around me as a shield, on both sides and in the image, it looks like lungs, but it is more of a torus field. The breath carries my higher self and source through me, which I ground into Gaia. My heart is where the two triangles (Cones) connect, allowing me to lead with my heart. My masculine and feminine is balanced on the four corners of my body.

Moving into this structure is creating pain within my heart, where the two cones meet. There is grief that this system is allowing me to transmute in a manageable way.
