Very good! I like your approach, of incorporating different intelligences into your daily routine. We tend to stick with what feels natural and comfortable.

Thank you! I heard that most people focus on two of the eight, but I find that between classes, therapy, running the blog, and working out I use most of them already. It’s just good to be mindful and make sure I hit all eight every day.

Yes it is, that’s why I’m going back to school for a leadership degree. I want to teach people how to live happy and satisfying lives after trauma.
